Sashimi: Two kinds of seasonal seafood

Grilled dish: Yellowtail grilled on a cedar board, lettuce pickled in kelp, kumquat simmered in honey

Small pot of cod and sticky pork with soy milk, tofu, yuba, Chinese cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, and green onions
